Do you clean gutters as part of the roof cleaning or is that a separate service?
Gutter cleaning is typically a separate service. While we do rinse gutters during the roof cleaning process, full debris removal and downspout flushing require additional time and are quoted separately. Let us know if you’d like to bundle both services for a complete exterior clean.
Can roof cleaning fix discoloration beneath mold or algae?
In most cases, yes. Our soft wash process removes algae, mold, and organic buildup, restoring the roof’s original appearance. However, if there is underlying damage, oxidation, or staining that has permanently altered the material, some discoloration may remain.
What kind of prep do I need to do before your team arrives?
We recommend moving vehicles away from the home, clearing outdoor furniture or fragile items, and ensuring all windows and doors are closed. If you have pets, please keep them indoors during the service. We’ll handle the rest and take care to protect your landscaping.
What should I expect the roof to look like immediately after cleaning? Is there any drying time or delay in visual change?
You’ll notice an immediate improvement right after the cleaning. Some lighter staining may continue to fade over the next few days as the treatment fully breaks down any remaining organic growth. The roof does not require a “drying period” to be effective—results continue to improve shortly after application.
